The hotel's decoration and general areas were lovely and well-maintained. The lobby had comfortable seating for older guests, making it easy to relax while waiting. The hotel was also easily accessible for senior people, with ramps and elevators available for easy movement around the premises.
More assistance for senior guests would have been appreciated. It would have been helpful if the staff were more attentive to the needs of older guests, providing assistance with luggage or offering guidance on nearby attractions suitable for seniors.

Overall very enjoyable stay by another 6 nights. Exceptionally clean place, supper friendly and outstandingly accommodating staff, prime location. Location near to Banilad, which is part of Mandaue, restaurants, and the supermarket and selection of restaurants. For tea or coffee visit Coffee Talk nearby.

Everything was really good, impeccably clean hotel, great and comfy location in the edges of the shower. The room was modern and nice styled on the mountain-side in the higher floors, besides it had wake-up service, just in case. The room had a safe, cable television and a microwave plus smoke detectors, provided for safety measures.

The hotel offers good location hard to catch a taxi. Rooms are new-fashioned and fairly quiet with balcony as well as a kitchen, food is delicious.

The hotel offers great value for money with spacious rooms and basic amenities. I was pleasantly surprised to find a well-equipped kitchenette with a rice cooker, frying pan, and other kitchen utensils that were not mentioned in the description. The comfortable beds and big bathrooms added to the overall satisfaction of my stay.
No improvements needed, everything was satisfactory.
